SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT VISUAL CHANGE: Stats alone don't tell the final outcome. I use everything you list below to determine your progress. If you are on a fat loss, weight loss, or cutting program you may see visual changes as you go along such as you looking leaner, more cut, more defined, more detailed, etc.
If you are on a muscle gain or muscle building program your "visual change" will be much different. On a muscle building program, don't go by visual change so much, go by the progress you make in the gym. Each week your training (poundage and/or reps) should improve.
