I have been in the fitness industry since 1988. I am a multi-certified personal fitness instructor and specialist in performance nutrition.

I am also an NPC nationally qualified natural female bodybuilder, holding numerous titles in the southern states, including two overalls.

I haven written 7 eBooks on fitness. I also write articles for several fitness websites regarding weight loss, female bodybuilding as well as figure and female bodybuilding contest prep.

I have helped THOUSANDS of clients reach their goal of transforming their body. My success and success stories speak for themselves.

Just a Few of The Titles I Won Over My Career…

I competed in 14 female bodybuilding competitions from the span of 1995-2001. Each year I had a different personal goal.  Understand that competitions during those years only had Female Bodybuilding and Fitness to choose from.  From there you either compete in Novice (3 weight classes) or Open (3 weight classes).  At 5’3″ I was a light weight (most show).  The cutoff for the light weight division was 118 lbs.

1995 – NPC Pelican Iron Classic – 4th Novice Women’s Light Weight 106 lbs – Goal, just to compete; Goal Completed
1995 – NPC Bayou State Classic- 3rd Novice Women’s Light Weight 104 lbs – Goal, to win a trophy; Goal Completed
1995 – NPC Acadian Extravaganza – 3rd Novice Women’s Light Weight 106 lbs – To test carb-loading; Goal Completed
1996 – NANBA Natural Louisiana – 2nd Novice Women’s Short – To place higher than 3rd; Goal Completed
1996 – NANBA Natural Louisiana – 3rd Open Women’s Short – Same show as above, entered Open Class too
1996 – NPC Bayou State Classic – 4th Novice Women’s Light Weight 110 lbs – To test creatine for a comp > Doesn’t work; Goal Completed
1997 – NPC Bayou State Classic – 1st Open Women’s Light Weight and Overall 116 lbs – To win first place; Goal Completed
1997 – NPC Southern Louisiana – 1st Open Women’s Light Weight 117 lbs – To be in my best condition ever; Goal Completed
1998 – NPC Louisiana – 1st Open Women’s Light Weight 106 lbs – To get as cut as I could; Goal Completed
1998 – NPC Greater Gulf States – 1st Open Women’s Light Weight 109 lbs – Had to recover from the above show so carbed up more
1999 – NPC Louisiana – 2nd Open Women’s Middle Weight 122 lbs – To move up a weight class; Goal Completed
1999 – Power Lifting Contest – 1st Place Women’s Division
1999 – NPC Greater Gulf Sates – 2nd Women’s Middle Weight 116 lbs – To place 1st in middle weight; Goal NOT Completed
2001 – NPC Bayou State Classic – 1st Women’s Light Weight and Overall 116 lbs – To reclaim my title; Goal Completed
2001 – NPC Louisiana – 2nd Women’s Light Weight 117 lbs – Pretty much burned out
2002 – Started my first website: www.TheElitePhysique.com and wrote my first two books
2004 – Infomercial for the NuWave Oven
2005 – Writing for Physique and Fitness Magazine
