No Sugar Diet

Try The No Sugar Diet

Did you know that the no sugar diet can help you lose weight dramatically?  It’s true. You can eliminate just this ONE ingredient and start reaping the benefits of fat loss immediately.  The sugar, the white devil, that is so bad for you is the refined sugar.

Americans consume a SHOCKING 2-3 pounds of refined white sugar every week! …Not year… a WEEK!  The typical American diet can easily provide 50 teaspoons of sugar each and every day, equaling more than 800 unusable calories.  That may sound impractical but when you consider that one can of Coke has 10 teaspoons of sugar; you can see how quickly it adds up.

It May Not Be So Obvious

Now I’m not just talking about the sugary sweets marketed to us in magazines, TV and other advertising sources.  Refined sugar can be found in innocent products like ketchup, juice, cereals, bread, frozen meals, bagels, white-flour pastas, salad dressings, and even peanut butter!

Nutrition labels must disclose how much sugar is in a food.  But, the label doesn’t separate the amount of naturally occurring sugar from added sugar. Sugar is in many natural foods such as fruits and vegetables.  That’s not the sugar we are talking about here.  You have to know how to distinguish foods that contain added sugar.

Healthline.com states, “A large part of your daily sugar intake is hidden inside various packaged and processed foods, many of which are marketed as healthy.”

Big food companies try to disguise the sugar.  There are over 50 names for added sugar.  You can recognize added sugars if you learn the language. Some sugar nicknames are:

  • Sugary syrups (corn syrup, rice syrup)
  • If the word ends in “ose” (fructose, sucrose, maltose, dextrose)
  • If “sugar” is in the name (raw sugar, cane sugar, brown sugar, confectioner sugar)

Also, added sugar can include fruit nectar, concentrates of juices, honey, agave, and molasses.

Why Refined Sugar is Bad

Refined sugar raises your insulin level and constant elevated insulin levels can lead to fat gain and type-2 diabetes.

The refining process of sugar strips ALL the vitamins and minerals, as well as the fiber and enzymes, right out of the food.  These nutrients are present for a reason, health.  But, when these ESSENTIAL nutrients are ripped from the product, the nutritional value is destroyed and the body essentially has no use for it.  But your taste buds beg to differ.

Since refined sugars contain absolutely zero nutrients, your body will take the nutrients it needs, such as calcium from your bones, causing weakened bones and tooth decay. More and more minerals are required from deep within your body to keep a balance.  Excess sugar eventually affects every organ in the body.

The Sugary Truth

Look refined sugar is addictive.  It’s not your fault if you need your 3 O’clock sugar-fix every day.  It gives you an instant rush, making you feel good. The problem is, eating sugar makes you less hungry for nutritious food.  But, you do need to get some type of control of this sugar situation if you ever plan to lose any weight.

Refined sugar is linked to yeast overgrowth, hypoglycemia, carb-sensitivity, hyperactivity, type-2 diabetes, weakened immune system, emotional disorders, cavities, wrinkles, accelerated aging, and most of all, excess body fat.  Refined sugar is directly linked to type-2 diabetes and obesity.

Now, does this mean you can never had refined sugar again, such as a cookie?  No, that’s not what I’m saying.  I just want to make you aware of refined sugars damaging effects on your body and health.  It would be better to choose fruit for a sugar treat, as the natural sugar in fruit, fructose, is not processed and it does not cause the same type of insulin rise as refined sugar does.

After you eat a piece of fruit, if you decide you still want a cookie, by all means eat it.  This is the starting part of controlling and managing your refined sugar intake.  You’ll soon notice that once you can control your sugar consumption, you will feel better, have more energy, and even notice the scale moving down.

The Bottom Line

In reality, sugar is toxic and the cause of many health problems and weight issues.  You don’t have to keep struggling.  You can start losing weight starting TODAY.  However, you need the right information so you lose the body fat and keep it off, for the rest of your life.  See my FREE Weight Loss Report below…
