Your Figure Model Diet Plan is the Backbone of Your Success
A figure model diet plan could be the one little element you need to make a total body transformation. It’s that body; that look. You know what I’m talking about. You see them on the covers of Oxygen Magazine and Muscle & Fitness Hers. They are fitness models and they are getting a LOT of attention these days.
Have you ever wondered how they get in such great shape? Would is surprise you to know that they follow a precise diet? It’s a diet specifically designed to give them that jaw-dropping, head-turning body. If you want to get that same look, then I can give you tips to make the same body transformation.
Eat These Foods
For starters, you need to nail down a good solid eating program that contains 100% all natural food. Such items to include are oats, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, chicken, turkey, fish, and beef. Let’s not forget the veggies. Adding Non-starchy veggies such as greens beans, cauliflower, broccoli are essential for fat loss. Last but not least, healthy fats. Essential fats such as nuts and seeds, natural oils, and avocados are excellent. These foods are rich in nutrients and will feed your muscles and allow your body to burn off stubborn body fat.
Take a Cheat
The good news is with such a structured diet, if you follow it faithfully 6 days a week, you can allow yourself a cheat day once a week. This cheat day, allow yourself to indulge in anything you want. Have a hamburger, pizza, burrito, etc. Please keep in mind that this all-out cheating tactic works if you take part in it only ONE day a week, and that’s it.
Flush the Fat
Another important element to include in your diet is to drink a LOT of water. Water is the most overlooked fat loss element there is. You would be surprised at how much body fat you can lose simply by increasing your water intake. In fact, most figure models drink a gallon of water a day to keep their bodies flushed of fat and toxins. The more water you drink, the more water you will purge out of your body.
A solid figure model diet includes good natural foods and water. But, you also need to keep your calories in check. Eating too much of anything, good food or junk food, will be stored as body fat. If you are just starting out and want to lose a few pounds of body fat, a good rule of thumb to start with calorie-wise is your body weight times 10. This will give you a starting point and you can tweak that number each week as your body and weight changes.
