Ab Training Program for Razor-Sharp Abs

Sculpt Your Abs With This Ab Training Program

Ab Training Program

If you are looking for an ab training program that gets the job done right the first time, you’re going to love this information.  Most people want those nice hard and tight abs… not only on stage but they want them year around, too. Hey, who can blame ya!

What most people don’t know is that you can do ab workouts until you are blue in the face and you won’t get those slabs of abs unless you do one critical thing, which we’ll discuss in this short guide.  Let’s go over 3 ways you can improve your abs so you can start looking and feeling better, and get the respect you deserve.

This Lays The Foundation of Your Abs

Abs are made in the kitchen. That is right. What I mean by this is, what you eat day in and day out is going to either make your abs visible with low body fat or hide them with a layer of fat.

If you are holding a layer of body fat over your abs, one of the quickest ways to burn it off and get those abs to show is by eating a low-carb diet. However, don’t make the mistake of low-carbing, then going one step further and going low calories, then adding excessive cardio on top of all that.  That’s just a recipe for disaster.

If you take it one step at a time, your abs will begin to peak out. Start off with one or the other, such as low-carbing.  Adding in some cardio is okay, but don’t go overboard.  Leaning up is a process. Be patient and notice the little changes each week.  Slow and steady wins the race.

Increase Capillary Action

Overtain abs. Yeah, I went there… Overtrain your abs for a while. There’s a saying that you can’t spot reduce, but if you can train your abs every day you can increase capillary action, which increases blood flow, which can have a direct effect on helping to burn off body fat.

“Increased capillary density can benefit all because it improves the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to your muscles and allows you to clear waste products faster.”

Hit the Weakest Link First in Your Ab Training

Train your lower abs first. The abs is one muscle. The reason training the lower abdominal muscle is difficult is because there is not much there. The abdominal muscle is thick above the navel.  However, below it, there is only a thin muscular wall and connective tissue. The spine can flex in the upper abdominal region easily, causing the abs to contract, but not much range of motion can occur in the lower abdominal area because the pelvis is in the way.

To prevent lower ab fatigue, hit them first in your ab training program.  Be patient and most importantly be consistent and your abs will come…
