Steps #1 – Drink more water more often

Because the liver is working so hard, more of the fat you consume is stored rather than burned off.” When you stay well-hydrated, your body functions better and you are better able to lose fat at a faster rate in the long-run.

Step #2 – Limit and control your complex and simple carbs

Limit and manage the carbs that have an impact on your insulin level.  Doing so, you will be able to put your body in a position where it can tap into fat stores more readily.  Also, limiting and controlling your complex/simple carb intake will help reduce the bloat that they cause.  Two to four grams of water could bind to every gram of glycogen in the muscles. In turn, lowering your complex and simple carbs and decrease extra water weight.

Step #3 – Eat more fiber

Simply by increasing your fiber intake you can boost your metabolism and reduce body fat. Fiber is nutrient dense, low in calories, and controls the appetite.  Fiber pulls fat from the body and is eliminated by the body. In addition, since fiber doesn’t have an impact on the insulin.  Simply by adding more fiber to your diet will make you feel full longer and prevent overeating or indulging into sinful cravings.

Step #4 – Detox your body

Lose up to 8 pounds in a week by detoxing.  The large amount of toxins we receive every day in the form of chemicals in the air, water, food, and personal care products have a huge impact on how your body functions and even stores fat.  Since unnatural and an overabundance of toxins get trapped in your fat stores, detoxifying your body is a great way to increase weight loss.
