I’m Tired of Being Fat Damn It!

tired of being fatAre You Tired of Being Fat?

Are you tired of being fat?  Are you tired of your clothes fitting too snug?  Are you tired of being low on energy?  Are you tired of always dieting and not having any success?  Are you tired of the mad cravings and giving it?

It’s not your fault that you are holding extra weight. The media has give you a load of misinformation regarding “dieting,” and by implementing the mainstream tactics of cutting calories, slicing fat, omitting the carbs, etc. you are now holding more fat than ever. Right?  I’m going to share with you a few tips that will get that weight moving, finally. If you implement this information consistently every day, there’s no way you can fail.

First

First, drink water. No, don’t just drink water, drink a LOT of water. Water will flush your system, removing fat and excess sodium. There’s no two-ways about this. You can’t have fat loss if you don’t drink enough water.

How much water is enough? One key sign is if you are thirsty, you need more water. Another key sign is if you have been sweating, you need more water.  Grab a one pint bottle of water and drink 1 one every hour and a half. If you do that, you’ll get adequate water intake.

Second

Eat more fiber. No, not the fiber in your Special K cereal. That doesn’t count because it’s processed. Eat real fiber, the kind of natural fiber found in fresh vegetables.  Add nonstarchy veggies to your meals to blunt the insulin surge from complex/starchy carbs and to add good ole’ fiber to your body.

Hungry between meals? Munch on some veggies such as broccoli, raw carrots, cauliflower, etc. Your nonstarchy veggie options are limitless. This is one food group you can eat until you are stuffed and you’ll lose fat.

Third

Eat a small meal every 3 hours. Keep an eye on portions of protein and fat. You should include a complete protein in every meal and it’s perfectly fine to add a fat, provided it’s a natural fat. Avoid fast food fats and other trans fat. Trans fat just gives you baggage on your body and causes all sorts of diseases.

While it’s fine to eat an array of seeds and nuts, natural peanut better, avocados, just watch the portions. These calories add up quickly since there 9 calories per gram of fat.

Bonus Tip

Lastly, walk. Walking is great for the entire body and mind. Walking for an hour a day (one hour session or two 30 minutes sessions) is great for burning off sugar stores, burning fat, and boosting the metabolic rate.

Caloriebee.com tells us, “Walking First Thing in the Morning Jumpstarts Your Metabolism. In addition to jumpstarting your metabolism first thing in the morning, it also naturally boosts your metabolism which helps you burn more calories throughout the day.”  If you are tired of being fat, then be consistent on your walking. Walk every day for an hour and watch the fat just melt off.
