With this 12-Week Weight Loss Program you can lose drop body fat, improve your metabolism, gain control over cravings and your eating habits, and finally start making progress you can be proud of. Together we’ll come up with a reasonable short-term goal and set you up on a meal plan and workout (weight training and cardio) that fits into your lifestyle. We’ll do weekly check-in’s to assess your progress and make updates and tweaks based on each week’s consultation. No enrollment fees, no application fees, no retainers, etc.
