With this 12-Week Body Transformation Program you can lose body fat, build muscle, and totally change the shape of your physique. You will receive a PERSONALIZED fitness programed based on your body type, stats, and activity level to guide you to reach your goal of transforming your body. We’ll discuss your short-term goal to come up with a specific diet, workout, cardio, and supplement plan to get things going. We’ll do weekly check-in’s to assess how you are going on the program and tweak things as needed. No enrollment fees, no application fees, no retainers, etc.
