Weight Loss
Without the Loose Skin

By Karen Sessions NSCA-CPT
MsFit

How many times have you seen someone lose a significant amount of weight only to be left with layers of loose skin? If this is a concern of yours please do not lose heart, because there are a few ways to prevent this situation from happening to you.

If you are planning to lose weight and want to avoid the loose skin that accompanies fast weight loss, then lose weight properly and slowly. This may mentally be the hardest thing for you, but the ending reward is tighter skin and a smaller body.

For best results, you should keep your weight loss at 1.5 to 2 pounds a week. Any faster and you could be losing muscle, which is metabolically active. The less you weigh, the slower you should lose weight.

Nutrition for Weight Loss without the Loose Skin

Nutrition is the number one factor for weight loss. Those of you who have been reading my newsletters and articles for sometime now know I preach this, and rightfully I should because it is a fact. If you lose weight fast on a fad, starvation, or liquid diet, then you are going to be left with a slower metabolism, muscle loss, and loose skin.

Food is not the enemy in the weight loss battle. The wrong food choices lead to weight issues. There is nothing better you can put into your body than whole, natural, organic and unprocessed food. If you are good to your body, it will be good to you.

Quality nutrients are needed for digestion, and smaller meals more often will shrink the stomach and increase your metabolism. As you are well aware, a higher metabolism burns more calories, even at rest!

If you are planning to lose weight, but don't want the extra loose skin, then plan your meals. Know your caloric intake for your body, and reduce calories a small amount each week.

The biggest mistake you can make is going from a caloric intake of 1500 to 1000. That immediately puts your body in starvation defense and you will hoard fat, lose muscle, reduce your metabolism, and have loose skin.

Eat several small meals a day, track your calories based on your lean body mass and activity level and make small changes weekly.

I also add water in the nutrition category. Your body is 70% water, and therefore you should be consuming at least 60 ounces a day, or more. Don't just drink tap water, drink quality water from a filter or bottle. The more you weigh the more water you should drink. Water is an internal cleanser. It rids the body of toxins, excess sodium, and fat. More water in equals more water out.

Lose Weight and Reshape Your Body and Life!

Resistance Training for Weight Loss Without the Loose Skin

Resistance training builds muscle under the skin, which is important when losing weight. You want the muscle to take the place of the fat that is being lost to prevent too much sagging skin. The added muscle will also create natural feminine curves. Muscle is lean and metabolically active and it is the best thing for increased health, self-confidence, and fat loss. Engage in light weight training approximately four days a week.

Cardiovascular Exercise for Weight Loss Without the Loose Skin

Cardio is great for the heart and respiratory system. Many people use cardio as a form of weight loss. While it is a great calorie burner, I feel many take it to extremes by combining it with a poor nutrition program that is low in calories, resulting in the opposite desired effect.

If you are using cardio as a form of weight loss, then there is some caution that goes along with it. It is important that you don't engage in long and drawn out cardio session on little calories because you will burn lean muscle tissue. It is best to keep the body guessing when it comes to cardio and weight loss. Many find High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) effective and less time consuming.

Supplements for Weight Loss Without the Loose Skin

Thermogenics for Weight Loss Without the Loose Skin

To aid in your weight loss you can supplement as well, but please remember supplements onlyWeight Loss without the Loose Skin Hot Rox Image work when your nutrition and exercise regimen are in balance.

Hot Rox is an amazing supplement that aids in weight reduction. Receive maximum fat burning effects with this ephedra-free supplement. It can boost fat burning and prevent new fat from forming. It won't over stimulate the central nervous system and can even enhance lean muscle tissue gains.

Cutting Gel for Weight Loss Without the Loose Skin

Another favorite of mine is a transdermal fat loss supplement called Cutting Gel, which isWeight Loss Without the Loose Skin Cutting Gel Graphic absorbed via skin. I found it works best when you apply it to where you want to mobilize body fat and promote skin tightening before cardio or resistance training.

It helps to release stored body fat into the bloodstream so it can be used as energy during exercise. However, this does not take place unless you are helping it along by exercising and adjusting calories correctly.

Best of all, Cutting Gel has a 100% money-back guarantee!

Conclusion for Weight Loss Without the Loose Skin

If you lower your calories properly with small deductions each week, you don't have to spend hours upon hours engaging in muscle wasting cardio sessions. The idea is to pull the bull by the horns and the tail so you are in more control.

Weight loss does take some effort daily with nutrition, water, and exercise. However, you don't have to kill yourself day in and day out. Listen to your body and take needed breaks and get needed rest.

Stop being left in the dust and start making a change today!

eBook Review

This month I have added an article by Bill Henderson, author of Cure Your Cancer. If you have Weight Loss Wightout the Loose Skin Cancer Free Sm Imagecancer, or know someone that does, or interested in prevention, please read this article and feel free to forward it to your loved ones and friends.

I have read Bill's book and to say the very least find his information extraordinary. His extensive research was brought about after losing his wife to ovarian cancer. He knew there had to a better way to treat this deadly disease, and those who he has helped are grateful he has found methods to do so.

*************************************************
What Would I Do If I Had Cancer?
*************************************************

I have written a 308-page book which has helped hundreds of cancer patients in 43 countries recover in the last three years. Boiling this down into a few paragraphs is not practical. Let me instead tell you what a winning strategy is for whipping this wily beast.

Recovering from cancer is an "odds" game. Like the lottery? Not exactly. Instead of 1 chance in 25 million or so, you have a 90-95% chance of complete recovery if you adopt a sound, sensible strategy for getting your cancer back under control.

What is it? Simply coming at the cancer cells from several proven, but different directions. Cancer cells are not all created equal. They hide from treatments. They respond to some and not others. How do you whip it? Use several proven treatments AT THE SAME TIME.

What are they? Here are my favorites:

  1. Immune system boosting. I recommend MGN-3 and beta glucan 1,3/1,6 for this. There are other acceptable options and sources in my book (see below).
  2. 2. Strict diet with no sugar, no "hydrolized" anything, and eating lots of raw fruits and vegetables.
  3. Cottage cheese and flaxseed oil. Seven-time Nobel Prize nominee Dr. Johanna Budwig's formula for killing the cancer cells.
  4. Dr. Rath's Vitamin C & amino acids L-lysine and L-proline formula -- but from a source that costs one-sixth what he charges. This stops the metastasis, which is how cancer kills.
  5. Dr. David Gregg's protocol of megadose Vitamin C, Vitamin E, alpha lipoic acid, DMSO and CoQ10. This both causes the cancer cells to convert from anaerobic to aerobic form and die normally (mitosis) and also cuts off the formation of blood vessels to feed the cancer (anti-angiogenesis).
  6. A daily multi-vitamin/mineral/amino acid/enzyme formula (I mention two sources in the book) that "covers the bases."
  7. Finally, and most important, I would use the website sources I list in Chapter 1 of my book to find a "holistic" doctor to supervise my detoxing, treatment and recovery.

At any time my recovery was not progressing, I would try Protocel, Graviola, Artemisinin, raspberry tablets, Essiac Tea, Laetrile, proteolytic enzymes and anything else I could afford until I found the combination that worked for me.

That's it, folks. Not terribly expensive. Most of it is healthy stuff I would do even if I didn't "have" visible cancer. I do lots of it every day now for prevention. Obviously, if you haven't guessed, I would not accept conventional radiation or chemotherapy which both destroy the immune system and "quality of life" and fail 97% of the time to prevent recurrence in the most common cancers. I might accept surgery to "debulk" the tumor if my doctor and I both were convinced it was necessary.

The result I would be looking for would be to get my number of cancer cells back under that magic number (100,000 or so new ones a day) where my metabolic processes (cell "proof-reading," immune system, etc,) can keep them under control again, as they did before I "got" cancer.

Read the complete story. There, you'll also find two years of my bi-weekly newsletter archived. You can read them free. You can also subscribe to my free newsletter.

As Judith Rose of Newburg, Maryland says:
"Bill Henderson's book is a life saver (literally) for anyone with cancer or with a close loved one who is struggling to survive."

To your health!!
