Miracle in a Bottle

Fat loss creams, amazing diet pills, weight loss patches, and body wrap ads plague the community today. If such magical formulas actually worked, why are so many still trying to lose weight? Why is obesity still on the rise? Perhaps this magic that's being dazzled before your eyes is just an illusion. Little seeds they are planting into your subconscious in hopes that you will believe and buy into. I'm blowing the whistle on all this nonsense. I know how the trick works and I'm telling!

So why are so many people willing to dish out dollar after dollar to the latest "breakthrough miracle" that drops body fat faster than you can change the channel? It's Simple. It's what you want to hear. They are feeding into your hopes, dreams, and desires. WAKE UP! You already know what I am about to tell you, so I'm just rehashing my latest preaching. You cannot safely or effectively lose weight as fast as these bogus ads and advertisements claim. If so, I am sure the government would have their hand in it, or worse, it would be prescribed.

Create a Head-Turning Body and Start Living Life!

It really saddens me to see an overweight person in Wal-Mart buying cases of "diet shakes" laden with sugar. But does it really matter if their shopping cart is filled with carb-free cookies, boxed pasta, pre-packaged processed meat? It's an all or nothing process. Either give it 100% or wait until you can.

Weight loss is about a committed lifestyle of healthy eating and physical activity. Misleading ads promising cheap and fast cures with outrageous claims on supplements, devices, and drugs will leave you disappointed with no fat loss.

Things that should bring up a red flag are:

    • Lose 10 pounds in a week
    • No diet or exercise required
    • Rapid weight loss
    • Eat all you want and still lose weight
    • Two-day diet
    • Immediate weight loss
    • Clinically Tested
    • Doctor Approved
    • Doctor Endorsed
    • Clinically Respected
    • Clinically Recommended

Deception does not address the weight problem, nor does it accomplish anything. I think all the weight loss fraud has made the nation's health worse as a whole, as well as being out of shape. Misleading ads are steering people from proven methods to quick fix tactics.

True weight loss is a reduction in body fat and muscle retention or building. Get the facts on nutrition and exercise, and learn how to take weight off and keep it off, the right way.


Start a Journal to Chart Your Success!

One way to help ensure weight loss control and success is to journal your nutrition and exercise daily. Get support on an online support group, such as a fitness forum.
